Cannis's Gang War
Get your gang together, defend your home turf, and invade the rival gang's turf before they invade yours! The central area leads to valuable gems and tech buildings, and is up for grabs. A fast-playing map good for large battles.

Tips: Garrison the bunkers in the center of the map right away to break up early rushes. Try to control the valleys in the north and south central areas to gain a significant advantage. Coordinate with your allies for both attacks and defense. Watch for paradrops into your home ore fields.

Cannis's Pretzel Logic
A psychotic urban planner must have built this place, because it makes no sense! Urban cliffs function as walls to separate different tropical areas. The single road winds through tunnel after tunnel and crosses bridge after bridge, and only serves to confuse. Tech buildings and small ore fields can be found throughout, as can plenty of garrisonable bunkers... the trick is to know which bunkers to garrison. A unique map for your collection.

Tips: Get out there, find, and capture as many tech buildings as you can. Keep your mining operation healthy because money is not that easy to come by. Garrisons can make a big difference. There are fairly direct routes to enemy bases - don't let the road lead you astray.

Cannis's More of Egypt
As the title implies, this is a battlefield just like Westwood's 'Tour of Egypt', but more. There's room for more players, the base areas are larger, the resource access is more fair, and everybody gets a pyramid to garrison. This is an original map built from scratch, with the original TOE open in another instance of the map editor to serve as a design guide. Some extra eye-candy terrain detail is added around the edges for more visual interest. The map plays well and fast, and its larger size means it can also be played as a 4-player-4-corners FFA.

Tips: If you know Tour of Egypt, you should know what to do.

Blade's & Cannis's Crystal Forest
A natural terrain battlefield with lots of distance between the bases. The look is gloomy in the TS-style, along with subtle accent lighting throughout the map. While resources are plentiful, as the game goes on, a natural competition for the same ore fields will develop.

Tips: Continue to develop your mining operations throughout the game as miners will take longer and longer to return with resources. The ore mines furthest from your base produce the most ore. The cliffs around the base areas offer some opportunities for artillery action.

Seniorwhoppy's Turtle Town
The base areas are relatively easy to defend, with only 2 ways in. But you can't blow the bridges to cut yourself off, and you are going to have to venture out to keep your economy going. The middle of the map is where you'll find most of the resources, along with a couple of key tech buildings. Battle Labs have been modded to eliminate use of the Force Shield superweapon.

Tips: Capture the nearby oil derricks right away and use them as outposts to build defenses. Be prepared to fight for the central ore. Naval maneuvers are always an option.

Cannis's Below Sea Level
At its heart, this map uses a very common urban-cliffed-bases-surrounded-by-water design. But where this map differs is that the base areas are lower than the surrounding water, and that land areas are linked by tunnels instead of bridges. As a result, the land areas are very vulnerable to naval bombardment, because it is very difficult for land units to retaliate against naval units.

Tips: Miners should need no micromanaging during the early part of the game, but later, ore mining can become a major point of conflict between adjacent players. Make use of garrison opportunities for defense and to deny choke point passage to your enemy. Going naval can be a highly effective tactic, but don't skimp on the size of your fleet.

Truefeel's Rockets 2
This is a medium sized snow map utilising the Urban features available in the Terrain Expansion. It is a 4 player remake of the Westwood map; Rockets Red Glare. There moderate amounts of resources around each player location, although to last the length of the battle you'll need to stretch your base to other areas of wealth on the map. Nice level of detail and plenty of room to build.

Tips: Be careful around the city, as there are several surprises lying in wait. Don't turtle either, you'll need to expand your base in order to reach more amounts of ore and gems to keep your cash flowing in steadily.

Cannis's Canyon Fodder IV
Inspired by the strategic layout of Westwood's 3-player map 'Canyon Fodder', Canyon Fodder IV is an enlarged version which supports 4 players, transforms the center area into a city with multiple areas of contention, gives each base area enough building space to make skirmish games practical, and yet retains the importance of naval warfare. A unique feature completely lacking in the original, this map also includes new AI coding so that skirmish AI players will strive to repair their 'home' bridges.

Tips: Money is tight, so repair your bridge and send your miners to the gems in the city right away. Retain control of at least one quadrant of the city even after the gems are gone, since the ore mines there are 10 times more productive than the ore mines you'll find at home. Naval war is often the decisive factor.

Cannis's Desert Pacific
A very large natural-terrain desert map which seems even larger than it really is. Your forces will have to range far to carry the attack to the enemy. Ground, naval, and air forces can all play a part in your strategies. Tunnels and indestructible bridges will lead you to the enemy of your choice. There are no buildings to garrison, and no tech buildings to capture except for a single Tech Airport on the center island.

Tips: Resources are initially plentiful, but this will change in prolonged games. Tech up while you can.

Dark Scorpion's Matrices
Each base position exists in one of the four corners of the map. All the bases are interconnected through a matrix of bridges - don't think you can turtle, those same bridges are invulnerable and while those with bridge huts can be destroyed by units equipped with C4/Ivan Bombs, there will always be paths to each others bases. Most of the ore on the map also exists in those matrix fields and while each base has enough ore to start you off, it can't sustain you for prolonged campaigns. There are also water channels under these bridges that will allow for naval assaults and amphibious landings - though they may be vulnerable to fire from units above them.

Each base area has two enhanced Oil Derricks that will provide more cash per 'load' and a Secret Lab that may provide some useful technology for your campaign. In the centre of the map, there is a Tech Machine Shop that will repair your vehicles 100% faster than normal and due to its exposed location - the machine shop has been strengthened considerably.

There are added hazards - Yuri has seen fit to equip his Virus snipers with C4 explosives, though this raises her cost, it also makes her far more deadly. Warning; Force shields have no effect here... though the other super weapons aren't so inhibited.
Beware the Matrices.

Tips: Build plenty of miners; they will spend most of their time in transit to the ore fields. There may only be one land entrance to your base - but it is on the cliff that gives you access to the matrices and as such, artillery will have an extra layer of protection as well as increased range. Capture and keep all the tech. structures you can get your hands on.

Cannis's Sand Snakes
This desolate area seems to have been the battleground for some long-forgotten war, and now it will serve as your battlefield for today. Your forces can reach your enemy through tunnels either to the north or south. Or you can go naval if your ground offensive gets bogged down. Be sure to explore the city in the south to find new technology in the Secret Labs there. This is a detailed natural-terrain desert map, which includes many of the features added by the Terrain Expansion.

Tips: Resources are ample as long as you have enough miners working. Tunnel entrances serve as choke points for defense. Naval superiority can make all the difference.
